Laura is a key contributor at Estu and a recognised expert in Transformation, Innovation, and Change. With 15 years of experience driving digital innovation and business growth, Laura specialises in building and leading cross-functional teams to deliver human-centred, impactful, and sustainable solutions. Thriving in entrepreneurial environments, Laura excels at navigating ambiguity, managing complex systems, and enabling organisations to embrace change. As the Director of Transformation at the LEGO Group and previously the Director of Digital Innovation at McKinsey, Laura has played a pivotal role in helping businesses unlock new opportunities.

Anja Klüver is an Estu Tutor, with 30 years experience in Service Design. Co-Founder of Now+Next and an Award Winning Entrepreneur. Throughout her career, Anja has lead global strategy & design and training programmes for clients including NTT, Nokia, Amazon, Toyota, Vodafone, the Design Council, the BBC, The Commonwealth & Foreign Office, British Midlands International, British Airways, Unilever, V&A, Silverjet and Tesco, bringing innovative products, services, and transformative customer experiences to market. Anja champions environmental sustainability through design. Leveraging a human-centred, systems-thinking approach, she excels at delivering value that benefits people, businesses, and the planet.

Mark is a Tutor on our Sustainability Programmes and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in learning and development. Mark is a leadership consultant, sales trainer and professional coach supporting clients with executive coaching, bespoke leadership development, and sales skills training.

Nick has been instrumental in bringing to life the Supply Chain Innovation Solution at Estu. Nick is Executive Education and Knowledge Exchange Lead in the Royal College of Art School of Design, where he leads the development of the School’s research and knowledge exchange relations. Nick received his PhD from Imperial College Business School and has an engineering degree from Imperial College and a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Royal College of Art. He began his career as an industrial designer at IBM, moving from designing products then services, through to developing entire new businesses in his role as Business Development Director for IBM’s Global Services division in Europe.

Fran is certified as carbon literate by the Carbon Literacy Project and has undertaken social and environmental impact courses from the New Economics Foundation, the Economy for the Common Good and CSR-A. After 23 years teaching history, she uses her experience to run workshops on carbon literacy, carbon accounting and reporting, and creating successful Net Zero strategies. Her company Triple Bottom Line Accounting became a certified B-Corporation in September 2023 for helping SMEs adapt to climate change and to report on their “triple bottom line” (people, planet and prosperity).

Ivan brings to Estu a vast knowledge of Organisational Behaviour and Leadership. Teaching at the University of Cambridge and UEA Since 2008, he has taught corporate teams and higher education courses, focusing on organisational psychology, leadership, and change management.

Kevin is Course Director at Estu, and with a 25-year career in adult education, he ensures high-quality content and delivery. In addition to his role at Estu, Kevin is also Fellow of the Society for Education and Training Advisory board member and mentor to senior leaders in education.

Madelaine is both Innovation Manager & Tutor at Estu, bringing her extensive experience as a Royal College of Art graduate and successful entrepreneur to inspire creativity and drive innovation. She fosters entrepreneurial thinking and helps learners apply their insights in practical ways. Her passion for innovation and unique blend of academic and entrepreneurial expertise make her a key figure in delivering transformative learning experiences at Estu.

David is a Sustainability Tutor at Estu, playing a key role in our sustainability-focused programmes. After a 30-year corporate career, he co-founded Net Zero International, helping businesses reduce their carbon footprint and achieve Net Zero by 2050. With senior roles at Sky, Centrica, and British Gas. David is an operational management expert with a track record of driving long-term cultural and practical change. His experience and passion for sustainability make him an invaluable part of Estu’s mission to create impactful and accessible learning.

Simon Littlewood is the CEO of Estu Global, where he leverages his extensive experience collaborating with some of Europe's fastest-growing businesses, driving successful organisational transformation programmes and shaping government policy on skills and business growth. He is passionate about driving positive behavioural change through high-quality, transformative learning experiences and programmes. These empower individuals and organizations alike, fostering growth, innovation, and lasting success. His work has been recognised with industry awards for innovation in professional services from the Managing Partners Forum, and as an industry game-changer at the Growth Inverstor Awards. He served on the Advisory Board for the Cranfield Executive MBA and has recently been nominated for recognition at Buckingham Palace for Services to Education and Skills.

Alasdair is our lead Communication Trainer at Estu and he helps people on our programmes build confidence and communicate with impact. Alasdair is not only an accomplished trainer and coach, he is also a successful actor and Associate Trainer for the Centre Stage Executive Education Programmes at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

Clive brings a wealth of expertise in innovation and service design to Estu. He started in design consultancy Ideo in London and San Francisco before co-founding design company Tangerine with future Apple design chief and RCA Chancellor Jony Ive. He went on to build and lead design teams for Orange, Samsung, Cisco and Barclays.
