Unlocking talent, building value

This programme gives you the insight, expertise and hands-on support to make measurable improvements in how your teams work.

Applied research from Massachussetts Institute of Technology

This programme draws on research collaborations between leaders at MIT and Harvard Business School including Dr Ben Waber, Scientist at MIT and author of “People Analytics” published by the Financial Times.

This research is shaping how leading organisations think about workforce performance. This is your opportunity to apply that research directly to your organisation, giving you tailored insight, practical recommendations and support to put them into practice.

Team engagement

Three steps to stronger workforce capabilities.

  1. Understand: Complete a short workforce diagnostic. This captures key data on how your teams work and gives you a clear baseline.
  2. Learn: Join expert-led masterclasses focused on the practices that improve productivity. Your diagnostic results shape what you focus on.
  3. Apply: With targeted coaching support, implement changes within your teams and track the impact.

The programme runs over 18 months, giving you time to embed real change.
