Skills Coach
Manage a caseload of apprentices, delivering personalised coaching, assessment and feedback that embeds learning in real-world practice.
About us
Estu is a fast-growing, mission-led training and workforce development partner helping organisations and individuals navigate change with confidence.
We design and deliver high-impact programmes spanning innovation, transformation, Al, leadership and workforce capability. Our work includes Apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps and commercial programmes developed directly with employers and strategic partners.
This is an exciting moment to join Estu.
In 2026, we were recognised at the British Training Awards, scooping awards for the L&D Provider of the Year and Private Sector Training Initiative of the Year categories.
Our most recent Ofsted inspection provided further validation of the quality and impact of our work - with Estu achieving seven Strong-standard judgements across eight graded areas - currently the only independent training provider able to claim this.
We are guided by our values — Excellence, Simplicity, Transformative and User-centred — and are building on that foundation to develop new ways of helping organisations understand and improve the conditions in which their people work, collaborate and perform.
