Clive brings a wealth of expertise in innovation and service design to Estu. He started in design consultancy Ideo in London and San Francisco before co-founding design company Tangerine with future Apple design chief and RCA Chancellor Jony Ive. He went on to build and lead design teams for Orange, Samsung, Cisco and Barclays.

Madelaine is both Innovation Manager & Tutor at Estu, bringing her extensive experience as a Royal College of Art graduate and successful entrepreneur to inspire creativity and drive innovation. She fosters entrepreneurial thinking and helps learners apply their insights in practical ways. Her passion for innovation and unique blend of academic and entrepreneurial expertise make her a key figure in delivering transformative learning experiences at Estu.

Alasdair is our lead Communication Trainer at Estu and he helps people on our programmes build confidence and communicate with impact. Alasdair is not only an accomplished trainer and coach, he is also a successful actor and Associate Trainer for the Centre Stage Executive Education Programmes at Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.
