Estu achieves sector-leading Ofsted result
Estu has achieved seven Strong judgements in its latest Ofsted inspection, the highest number recorded by an independent training provider under the renewed inspection framework to date.
Across 209 independent learning providers inspected under the new framework – at the time of writing – Estu achieved two more Strong judgements than any other provider.
The report provides powerful independent recognition of the quality and impact behind Estu’s programmes.
Ofsted found that Estu understands the aims and demands of the organisations it works with and uses its industry knowledge and partnerships “extremely well to co-design course content that has a markedly positive impact on the learners and businesses they work with.”
Inspectors also found that apprentices “make rapid and sustained progress”, “develop their leadership skills extremely well” and complete “highly valuable projects that make demonstrable improvements in their workplaces, including saving time and costs and improving customers’ experience.”
